Erin McGuiness, PE, President
Erin McGuiness founded McGuiness Unlimited in 2003 to help her clients set realistic project budgets and maintain costs throughout the duration of their projects. She has over 30 years of cost estimating and scheduling expertise and has held positions of owner, contractor and designer. This gives her a unique prospective and ability to view all sides during project development and execution.
Prior to starting her firm, cost estimating was a common thread throughout her career. She has written cost estimating guidelines for the FAA, City of Cleveland and NEORSD.
She has a BS in Civil Engineering from Marquette University, a MS in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio.
McGuiness Unlimited is a boutique cost estimating and construction scheduling firm located in Cleveland OH serving public sector clients in the Great Lakes and Southern Atlantic Regions for over 19 years.
Services are provided in the market sectors of aviation, higher education, K-12, municipal, and wastewater systems.
